My dear child, I bring you good news of my victory over evil and over the world. I know you will be wondering why you still have to fight the battles if I have already won them for you. Those are exercises that not only help keep you on the right track but also help you grow spiritually. I would like you to picture this little girl walking with her father and they get to a point where crossing requires a jump. For the little girl that’s a big challenge while for the father it is a minor thing. The little girl can choose to focus on the challenge and weep over it or raise up her hand to her father for help. So it is, with you. When battles arise, you can choose to raise up your hands to me in prayers or focus on the battle and allow it to weigh you down. When problems knock at your door, you can choose to let them in and allow them to mess up your peace or you can choose to shut them out and deal with them appropriately while keeping your peace. Your most important battle is staying close to me and putting under check those things that strive to separate you from me. If you abide in me and me in you, my grace will sustain you in moments of difficulties. The nights of your battles will be as bright as the light of noon. The vices of the lurking enemy will have no effect on you and the schemes of the world will all be abortive. I am not promising you a life without battle but I am promising you constant victory over all your battles if you abide in me. Tough times will come and rough moments as well but I will stand by you hoping you lift up your hands to me. The mistake you have been making is that you have been trying so hard to be strong alone and face the challenges that come by yourself. Time and time again I have stood by and waited for you to invite me into that problem or that situation, I have waited for you to raise up your hands to no avail. I have longed to see you turn to me and call for help but you have been so focused on fighting the problem and finding the solution that you have forgotten that I am the solution giver and the problem solver. Turn to me my dear child and I shall deliver you from every evil and save you from every difficult situation. I am the victory you need all around. Come to me and I will give you rest from all those battles and prepare a table for you where all those enemies will see you and yet won’t be able to access you. I am waiting for you with arms ready for war. Carry me to where the battle is and I shall give you victory. Do not forget all you need to do is lift your hands to me in prayer and I shall answer you with songs of victory.
